Fontsora takes intellectual property rights seriously. We only host fonts that have been verified as available for redistribution. If you believe a font on this site infringes your copyright, please follow the procedure below.
Our Commitment
Fontsora respects the intellectual property rights of type designers and font foundries. We aim to host only fonts that are clearly licensed for redistribution. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will act promptly to investigate and, where appropriate, remove the infringing content.
How to File a Takedown Notice
To request removal of a font, send a written notice to amrkh5678@gmail.com containing all of the following:
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including the original source or registration details if available.
- The exact URL(s) on Fontsora where the allegedly infringing material is located.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or applicable law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notice Procedure
If you believe your content was removed in error or misidentified, you may submit a counter-notice to amrkh5678@gmail.com. Your counter-notice must include:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Identification of the removed material and its previous location.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and your physical or electronic signature.
Response Time
We aim to review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 5 business days. Infringing material will be removed promptly upon verification of the claim. We will notify the uploader (if applicable) of the takedown.
Repeat Infringers
Fontsora maintains a policy of terminating access for users or contributors who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
